Billing cycle:
You will be first billed the day you signed up, then the same day every week. 

Boxes:
We deliver your produce in a reusable cardboard box. Please make sure to return your empty box to the driver when he drops off your new produce box. (If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, please leave the empty box near your door.)

Delivery:
Delivery occurs Wednesday afternoon, between 4 and 8 pm. If you live in a secured building or have special instructions on how to get your box to you, please make sure to let us know!

Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel before 5 pm on Friday, you will not be billed/you will be refunded and you will not be receiving a produce box the following week. If you cancel after 5 pm on Friday, you will be billed/you will not be refunded and will be receiving your last produce box the following week.
